TANKER WEEKLY WRAP: WAF Crude to China; No Qatar Fuels to Europe (Bloomberg)

West African crude flows to Asia will rise this month on increased shipments to China. The absence of shipments from Qatar is pushing Mideast oil product flows to Europe to a three-month low. U.S. refineries are sending surplus naphtha to Europe as other traditional buyers dry up.
