OIL DAYBOOK EUROPE: China Bucks Slumping Energy Demand in 2020 (Bloomberg)

Benchmark Oil Tanker Rates Slip; (Bloomberg)

Rates for hauling oil on the benchmark Middle East-to-China route edged lower to WS 31.59. That equates to a daily loss of -$4,995 vs -$5,822 Wednesday. Biggest Worldscale move for clean tankers was on TC2, NW Europe to the U.S. Atlantic Coast, which fell 1.2% to 116.67.
