OIL DAYBOOK EUROPE: More BP Stations Run Out of Fuel; APPEC (Bloomberg)
BP Plc, the second-largest fuel retailer in the U.K., said it has run out of the main grades at almost a third of its stations in the country after days of panic buying “With the intense demand seen over the past two days, we estimate that around 30% of sites in this network do not currently have either of the main grades of fuel,” BP said in a statement Sunday.

Middle East Crude Tanker Glut Shrinks to Lowest in Three Months (Bloomberg)
The Middle East’s excess of available supertankers is set to contract to the smallest in three months, according to a Bloomberg survey. Fixture activity gained this week on higher refinery demand, more crude from OPEC+ and lower prices from Saudi Arabia, according to Clarksons Platou.
